MEET & ASSESS
We start with a virtual or in-person consultation to kick off your home search. I get to know your needs, communication style, and help you figure out your finances by connecting you with a preferred mortgage broker to begin the pre-approval process.

SHOP FOR YOUR FUTURE HOME
Once you’re pre-approved, we start with the fun part! We’ll look for homes that meet your must-haves and nice-to-haves that fit in your budget and view them until we find “the one.”
03.

MAKE AN OFFER & NEGOTIATE
When you’re ready to put an offer in on a home, we will thoroughly consider the value of the property and create an offer to best fit your goals. Once it feels aligned, I'll draw up that offer, submit it, and then leverage my negotiation skills to get your offer accepted.
04.

INSPECTION & FINAL FINANCIAL APPROVAL
Once your offer is accepted, we’ll do a home inspection, so you ensure you’re investing in a home that doesn’t have any big financial surprises. We’ll also work with your loan offer to finalize your loan.
05.

CLOSE & CELEBRATE!
The best part is here! You’ll sign your paperwork, and the keys will be yours. We’ll meet you at your new home on closing day with balloons, champagne, and other goodies to celebrate this major achievement!
